When Aid and care first started, our organization began to gain support from students and professors, and we have benefited greatly receiving support from them in many ways. Students and their teachers have been volunteering for our organization. Most of our board members are the University’s employees. Professor Vincent Agnello has opened up our ways to register the organization to receive the legal documents and continues to support the organization until now. Students and their teachers had set several fundraising events and all the proceeds go towards the projects. Basically, we love all professors and staff and feel very blessed to be working with their lovely, generous, inspiring team of Aid and Care. Niagara University is a home-education of the Organization’s founder, Dominic Diing, the alumnus. Read more about NU. Click here

While reaching out to schools is very important to our projects, Dominic Diing was invited to speak at Summer Institute for Human Rights in Changuragua county. A group of young girls from Geneva College was moved by Dominic’s story and vision.  They decided to raise fund at their college on our behalf. Great job they did!  As part of our annual fundraising program, we encourage students and teachers to collect dimes on a monthly basis. Each month a group leader or a teacher can count collected dimes and send them to us. Or a school decides to keep collected dimes for 6 months and send them to us. Geneva College is the one of the schools that has been greatly contributed towards our projects in this way. Read more about Geneva. Click here.

A friend of Dominic Diing, Dr. Dave, who is a Professor at Central College has been a great supporter of the Organization. Through him, Central College students and some professors have help fundraising events to support our projects in 2009 and 2010. We love them and we say thank you to their great contributions. Click here for more about Central College
