Dr. Deng Diing is a Founder and Executive Director, Aid and Care, Inc. Dr. Deng was born in a rural village called Makuach, in Aweil, South Sudan. When he was only seven years old (1986), Dr. Deng escaped Sudan, when his village was brutally attacked and most people were killed. He walked for 14 months to a refugee camp in Ethiopia. His journey continued, when this camp was attacked and he had to walk to Kenya. He walked for over 3,000 miles to his freedom and became one of the "Lost Boys of Sudan" saved by the International Rescue Committee and the UN and given a chance at life in the United States of America. Since Dr. Deng arrived in the U.S, he has compassion for Education. He earned two doctoral degrees: Doctor of Education and a Doctor of Educational Specialist in Leadership, and Academic Career respectively. He has also earned an MBA in Accounting, a Master's Degree in Education and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Finance. Dr. Deng is a certified educator and public speaker.
Mr. Vincent Agnello is a Professor at Niagara University, where he began teaching in 1979. He gained his Juris Doctorate from University at Buffalo. Prior to becoming a professor, Agnello was a successful attorney at law. He practiced law in Niagara Falls with an emphasis on trial and appellate practices and specializing in business legal formation and start-up. Professor Agnello is very active in the community, heading up organizations such as the Niagara University Family Business Center, and the Main Pine Development Corporation. Currently, he is the treasurer of Artpark & Company Inc. in Lewiston, New York, as well as the secretary, and chair of both the Finance Committee and the Operations Committee. Vince helped cofounded Aid and Care in 2007 and he is currently the director of public Relations and Media.
